The convention theme this year is " FAAMA1 -Lead to Succeed". The 42nd FAAMA Convention will create opportunities for building new relationships, networking and collaborating FAAMA Leadership and members with FAA Administration. The annual event gives members and their guests an unprecedented opportunity to visit with old friends and make new ones; to recharge and refocus energy; and to move on to the next challenge through personal development from world class leadership training.
